iPhone goes on sale 2 days back on the midnight of August 21. Only a few people could buy the iPhone because of its hefty price.

After paying this much of amount 3G feature isn’t available on the iPhone. Look at the Vodafone and Airtel data plans.

Vodafone is charging 5p/10KB while Airtel is offering 30p/50KB which comes to 6p/10KB.

Vodafone disclosed iPhone price today. Vodafone will sell 8GB and 16GB iPhone at Rs 31,000 and Rs 36,100 respectively.

It is a very high price even if it unlocked to use with any service provider. Vodafone haven’t disclosed talk plans yet.

I will not buy iPhone at this price. Will you?

What if each key has its own screen in keyboard? You can assign any function to any key and its clearly visible on the key. If it is the case you don’t need to past stickers on the keyboard, if you want to display any other language characters on keys.

In Optimus Maximus keyboard, each key is a stand-alone display that shows the function currently assigned to it.

Images can also be assigned to the keys which are stored in SD card. The keyboard has in-build SD card slot. Even animated images can also be assigned.

The cost of the keyboard is $1877. The price is double of a laptop.

Dell has previewed Latitude ON^TM technology. This technology will help users to instantly access email, calendar and internet with out booting the main operating system.

It uses an embedded secondary processor and its own dedicated operating system based on Linux OS.

Dell is launching this technology with its two new laptop models, Latitude E4200 and E4300 laptops.

Certainly it will improve battery life because user will not have to wait for the system to boot and shut down to use basic task such as email or internet.

It is a bit late but not too late.

I registered for iPhone updates on both Vodafone and Airtel. They promised to send any iPhone updates on the contact details given while registration. They both announced the launch of iPhone but they didn’t sent any update message neither on cellphone and email.

I doubt whether they will send price updates.

You might know that iPhone is going to be launched in India on 22nd Aug, 2008. Airtel and Vodafone both are launching it.

According to Indiatimes 8GB iPhone may cost Rs. 31,000 and 16GB may cost Rs. 36,000-37,000. This price doesn’t include plan rental.

Apple and AT&T is selling 8GB iPhone 3G for $199 and 16GB for $299 which is around Rs. 8500 and Rs. 12,500 respectively. The price difference is huge and I doubt iPhone will be a big hit in India at this price.

I am a big fan of Apple and iPhone but I will have to think about buying iPhone at this price.
